LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The aviation industry’s most advanced tool for finding up-to-date airport information and the most current FBO fuel prices on the Internet has evolved a step further.

The Airport Resource Center, hosted by GlobalAir.com, now includes a tab for pilots and flight departments to find all companies on a particular airfield with one click of a mouse.

The feature is powered by the GlobalAir.com aviation directory, which includes links and descriptions to thousands of services and companies. It is now easier than ever before to find charter services, flight schools and maintenance companies, in addition to dozens of other services.

GlobalAir.com will give demonstrations of the new feature at its booth, No. 3608, during the NBAA Annual Meeting & Convention held in Atlanta, Ga., on Oct. 19-21.

“Once again, we listened to our customers and went back to the development laboratory,” said owner Jeff Carrithers. “We returned with a feature that is faster and smarter while putting more options into a user’s toolbox.”

The GlobalAir.com Airport Resource Center offers current METARs, TAFs and TFRs, in addition to national weather, runway information and FBO services. More than 2,100 FBOs regularly report fuel prices to the web site every 30 days or sooner, making the resource center the most up-to-date fuel and weather outlet on the Internet for pilots, schedulers and dispatchers.

Stop by booth 3608 and visit GlobalAir.com during the 2010 NBAA Convention to get a demonstration of the site’s latest developments and to register to win an iPad from the company.
