Gulfstream G450 Description

The Gulfstream G450 is not only the best large-cabin, long-range business jet in its class, it is also a direct descendent of the storied GIV®-series aircraft, the best-selling business jet in the world. The G450 is a complete upgrade of what was already an outstanding business jet. It can reach a maximum operating speed of 587 knots and carry a team of eight up to 4,350 nautical miles at its normal cruise speed of 533 knots. With its intercontinental range, it easily links Dallas with Paris.

The Gulfstream G450's cockpit features the same advanced technology found on all other large-cabin Gulfstream aircraft. The PlaneView® cockpit is considered to be the most advanced flight deck in business aviation, and the avionics suite presents critical flight status information on 14-inch liquid crystal display screens arranged in a landscape format. Gulfstream's Enhanced Vision System™, a standard feature, enhances situational awareness significantly by presenting pilots with a clear picture of runway markings, taxiways, and the surrounding landscape at night or in deteriorating weather conditions. Gulfstream also offers the Synthetic Vision Primary Flight Display as an option to increase the level of safety.

Operators may choose from six interior configurations to personalize their Gulfstream G450 cabin. Individual cabin designs will comfortably accommodate up to 16 passengers. Whatever the configuration, passengers will appreciate the abundant sunshine streaming through Gulfstream's signature oval windows, the 100 percent fresh air, and the advanced soundproofing that envelops the living environment in new levels of quiet.
